Stormrider 88

The Stormrider 88 is an all-mountain freeride ski from Stöckli, 88 mm underfoot, for skiers who want one ski for days on the piste and off it. Stöckli calls it light and stable, versatile and playful. A longer powder rocker and a tail rocker shorten contact with the snow for added playfulness, and a polymer tail with a new rocker angle is lighter and softer.

The eye-catcher, in Stöckli’s words, is the top. The graphics are printed directly onto the Titanal, under a textured coating that resists scratches. Underneath, the sidewalls are a polymer that’s slightly softer and more elastic than phenolic, for damping and significantly higher impact resistance. The radius runs from 16.0 m at 169 cm to 19.5 m at 184 cm. Stöckli makes it in Switzerland with up to four years of warranty.
