Hovden Jacket

The Hovden is a men’s wool jacket from Dale of Norway, a lighter, contemporary version of its Vail sweater, the official team sweater of the US Alpine and Snowboard teams for the 2006–07 season. It’s designed and knit in Norway from 100% merino wool, in a long-lasting knitting quality.

The merino is what makes it so comfortable. Dale knits it in its Zefir yarn, a superwash merino that it counts among the finest wool qualities available: the fibers are fine and long, 20.5 micron, for a smooth feel next to the skin, and the wool is mulesing-free.
