Freelight Alpha Jacket

The Freelight Alpha Jacket is a men’s ultralight insulated wind jacket from Peak Performance for freeride skiing, ski touring and trail hiking. Inside is 85 g/m² Polartec Alpha Direct, an open-knit fleece that Peak Performance calls its most breathable and stretchy insulator. The shell is two fabrics, a 90-denier stretch poplin and a windproof 20-denier plain weave, and both repel light rain with a finish made without intentionally added PFAS.

Peak Performance gives it three uses, all year round: alone as an outer layer, under a shell, or pulled on as a belay layer during a pause. It has raglan sleeves, a fixed hood with an elastic edge, a drawcord hem and a two-way front zip. The fit is regular and hip length, it packs small, and it weighs 281 g. Shown in Black.
