Eiger Free Pro HS

The Eiger Free Pro HS is a women’s freeride hardshell from Mammut, built tough for tricky, technical lines. It’s three-layer GORE-TEX Pro with a PFC-free ePE membrane and an 80-denier recycled polyamide face, a heavy-duty shell that helps protect the wearer in deep powder and narrow couloirs. Mammut rates it at a 28,000 mm water column, with top stitching at critical seams for tear strength.

It’s also designed for repair. The front zipper is made to be repairable, and a patch kit in the box covers quick, temporary fixes. The pattern is cut for climbing, and the front pockets work with a harness. The two-way front zip has a storm flap and a fleece-lined chin guard, the hood has room for a helmet, and it carries a zip-off snow skirt and a RECCO reflector. It weighs 710 g. Shown in Black.
